I had a great stay at this place. The location was perfect, right by the main rail line to Stratford station. The staff provided excellent service, with room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping available. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a balcony. The apartment was well-equipped with a kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine. I also appreciated the flat-screen TV, free toiletries, and comfortable sitting area. the quality of service and comfort provided enhanced my experience.
There were a few minor issues during my stay. Some of the staff seemed a bit rude and unhelpful, but this was quickly resolved once I addressed the issue.

The location of the apartments was incredibly convenient, as they were right next to the railway station and a short walk from the Westfield shopping mall. Despite being close to the railway track, which may bother some guests with the noise until the early hours of the morning, it was perfect for those who needed easy access to transportation. Inside the apartments, the rooms were spacious and well-fitted with modern amenities, such as a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable bedding. the staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in process.
One aspect that was mentioned in the reviews was the noise level due to the close proximity to the railway line, which could disturb guests' sleep.

The best aspects of this hotel were its convenient location close to Westfield shopping mall and the nearby train station. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff provided excellent service.
